Mr. Cellucci is a partner in and chair of the Commercial Litigation Department. He has a broad range of experience in complex insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation. He has over twenty years' experience in representing and advising insurance, reinsurance, and business clients in the resolution of complex (frequently multi-party) disputes through negotiation, medi- ation, arbitration and/or litigation.
Mr. Cellucci has served as a national coordinating counsel for major property and casualty insurers on a number of diverse issues ranging from asbestos, long-term exposure and environmental claims to professional liability and financial products, such as residual value insurance.
Mr. Cellucci received his B.S. from St. Joseph's University in 1976 and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law School in 1979. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Cellucci is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Corporation and Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Cellucci was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Mr. Cellucci has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
